All Neighbourhood Plans are required to be based on sound social, environmental and economic evidence that properly justifies the planning policies they contain.

The evidence is normally made up of three parts:

  • National and Cornwall level planning policies and strategies that apply across the board,
  • The ‘Baseline’ facts about the parish and its people and envionment,
  • The views of local people and organisations about the future development and growth of the parish.

In addition there will be special reports dealing with specific issues, such as Development Boundaries, Heritage, Landscape, Green Spaces and Design.

Links will be added below which lead to all the evidence material that supports the St Stephen in Brannel Neighbourhood Plan.

Please note some of these files are large and may take a little while to download on slower internet connections.
