The draft Neighbourhood Development Plan [NDP] has been submitted to Cornwall Council, the Local Planning Authority. Cornwall Council will organise a six-week long consultation on the NDP. In the meantime, you can see the submitted NDP and the supporting documents below.
Please note that the NDP is not yet part of the formal Development Plan for Cornwall, but may be used as a material consideration when the Local Planning Authority decides Planning Applications within the Parish.
The supporting Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulations Assessment documents, and the the evidence base on which the NDP is based, may be accessed via the menu alongside.
