Statutory Consultation on the draft Neighbourhood Development Plan for St Stephen in Brannel Parish has started.
The Plan will provide a framework for planning policy in the Parish until 2030 and now’s the chance for you to have your say on it’s draft Objectives and Policies as well as view the proposed Development Boundaries for each village.
The Plan’s key aims are:
1. to increase the amount of affordable & social housing for local people
2. protect the countryside, green spaces and heritage
3. influence the design of new buildings
4. help tackle the climate crisis
5. be environmentally, economically and socially sustainable.
This consultation is your chance to shape the final document!
